Skills & Experience-
1) you must be a very strong technologist
2) while python experience is desired, we will consider really smart java, ruby, etc engineers
3) experience developing complex data-driven web apps
4) strong communication skills
5) able to write clean efficient high quality code
6) in terms of experience level -see above- we are flexible and wide open (so 1-20+ yrs of experience)
